Property Investment On The Rise

October 20, 2014

Tips & Ideas

This month PropertyTutors held their property investment one day event “The Masters” in Auckland and Wellington. The event in Auckland was a sell-out yet again and suggests Aucklanders’ know there’s still money to be made in property even in the current market.

Property values are continuing to rise and while this is putting off first home buyers its not a concern to property investors. In fact over forty percent of all recent property sales have been to property investors.

Property investment is not ‘rocket science’. It is not a get rich quick scheme either. Sean Wood owner of PropertyTutors says his property investing mentoring business is in high demand due to their processes and systems. All profitable businesses require robust systems as well as discipline, motivation and inspiration.

Being mentored in sound property investing strategies makes sense. Learning the ropes from skilled investors and networking with likeminded peers keeps the focus and confidence to succeed.

In the NZHerald earlier today John Key suggested First Home Buyers look at apartments. With the latest release of CVs it’s understandable apartments are being talked up. Property investors invest in apartments and older homes, and the strategies taught by Sean Wood and his colleague Steve Goodey show how money can be made when you buy right and put in a bit of hard work.
