Mentor Comes Through For Property Investor

Property Investing

mentorEngaging a mentor is not common practice for most New Zealanders. However the tide is turning and a lot more of us are engaging mentors for work, sport, and property investment.

New Zealanders’ love of property and investing in it makes getting a mentor an easy sell.  Property investment is not reserve of the very wealthy and it’s been the path to financial security for many kiwis for decades. PropertyTutors have been providing mentoring to property investors in Auckland and Wellington for nearly ten years and evident in it’s demand especially right now as immigration reaches record highs and interest rates record lows.

Wellington Mum made $45K profit in 1 week is one of many success stories from PropertyTutors mentoring service.  Eighteen months ago a mum with two young children went to Property Masters to learn more about property investment  and whether a mentor would work with her.   After joining the Wellington mentoring program with Steve Goodey her skill and bank balance have gone skyward.

A common trap many of us fall into is believing mentoring is a fancy word for  teaching and if you know how to do something what more can a mentor offer?

Mentors are there to support your actions while you’re actively going about your business and mentors can end up steering you in another more fruitful direction as is the case with most of PropertyTutors clients.
