Are You Ready For A Property Coach?

Tips & Ideas

Is there a right and wrong time to engage a property coach?  And if so how do you know you’re ready to be coached?

Engaging mentors, coaches is not an inherent Kiwi trait.  It’s that good ole saying:  “DIY its in our DNA”.  However many of us are just not knowledgeable enough or have what it takes to do it or go it alone in many things we do.   It’s hard to let go too once we do take that step and engage an expert to assist us.

Property investing is mostly a solo activity.  There are discussions forums like PropertyTalk.com that provide a communal meeting place for property investors to communicate.

In the discussion forums questions are asked and answers provided by other property investors and property sector service providers.

However often for specific help you need someone you can contact who knows exactly your situation.  This is where a property coach or property mentor is worthwhile.

There is another saying “you don’t know what you don’t know” but what you do know is you want to set started in property investment or you want to accelerate your investment portfolio but you’re not sure how.  This is another scenario that suggests engaging a property mentor coach is worthwhile.

So is there a right time or wrong time to engage a property mentor?  Sean Wood of PropertyTutors says his mentoring clients are from all walks of life and backgrounds as well as differing levels of experience.  PropertyTutors are the leaders in property investment mentoring in New Zealand and their programs are ideal for investors of all levels as there really is no such thing as a ‘dumb question’.

There is no right or wrong time to engage a mentor – it is timing is specific to the individual wanting a mentor and it’s more the mindset – if the investor’s mindset is in the right space then mentoring will provide a huge help.
